How We Work With You

Every project is different — and so is the level of support you need. Some clients want reliable fitters and nothing more. Others want us to own the installation from first fix to sign-off. We offer different service tracks (LINK) but the process always starts the same way.

  1. Initial Contact — get in touch by email or phone. We'll have an initial conversation to understand your needs.

  2. Project Scoping — we'll send our project details form to properly scope the work, covering timeline, technical requirements, and any specific needs.

  3. Proposal & Contract — you'll receive a clear scope of work, project contract, and deposit request. Everything documented, nothing ambiguous.

  4. Booking Confirmation — once the deposit is paid and contracts signed, your booking is locked in. We confirm four weeks before the start date.

  5. Pre-Installation Prep — our team reviews drawings, coordinates with your workshop, arranges logistics, and ensures everything's ready before we arrive on-site.

  6. Installation & Daily Updates — work begins with full site briefings. You get daily updates via WhatsApp and direct access to our site team throughout.

Completion & Sign-Off — final checks, snagging, and formal sign-off. The job isn't done until you're completely satisfied.
