Working With InJoinery
What to expect and what we expect.
What InJoinery Gives Fitters
We handle the project management, administration, and client liaison so our fitters can focus on their work.
Consistent work — a steady pipeline of projects. No finding your next job or managing gaps between bookings.
Payment processing — we handle all invoicing to clients. Handle all your timesheets. You just get paid every two weeks. No question.
Project management — daily support from our management team. We coordinate with clients, handle scheduling conflicts, and deal with issues as they arise.
Logistics coordination — tool transfers, site access, parking, accommodation for away jobs. We organise the practical details.
Client liaison — we manage client expectations and communications. You focus on the work, we handle the relationship.
Conflict resolution — when disputes or difficulties arise, we step in. You have organisational backing and someone to turn to.
What We Expect From You
In return, we have clear expectations for everyone working under the InJoinery name. These standards protect our reputation, our clients, and the quality of work we deliver.
Quality workmanship — a high standard of fitting appropriate to the project type. Every job reflects on the whole team.
Professionalism — punctuality, reliability, and clear communication. Treating clients, colleagues, and site personnel with respect.
Health & safety compliance — current CSCS registration required. Site rules and H&S requirements followed without exception.
Site conduct — respectful behaviour on-site, clean working practices, and courtesy with clients and their properties.
Working guidelines — all fitters commit to our standards covering timekeeping, professional behaviour, and communication. Everyone works to the same expectations.
How It Works
Project Assignment — we match you with projects based on your skills, location, and availability. You'll be briefed on requirements, timelines, and any specific considerations.
Pre-Installation — you receive drawings, project briefs, and site details before arriving. We coordinate logistics including tool transfers and site access.
On-Site Support — direct communication with our project management team throughout the installation. Daily check-ins and immediate support when issues arise.
Hours & Payment — submit your hours as completed. We process invoicing and you're paid on a two-week cycle. Straightforward and reliable.
